Description
This melody is the sixteenth destination in the collection of the series "Ragtime at the Red Light District." This piece occurs at Paderborn's Bienenkorb.

The main character in this piece is a 27-year old graduate student that is studying abroad in Europe. While known for his expansive general knowledge of the world, the main character also holds a notorious distinction according to close friends for indulging in erotically-charged adventures away from school and work.

After watching a German Cup quarterfinal match at Benteler Arena, the main character received a letter via Western Union from one of his nephews. That letter contained a birthday wish, and the main character became emotional because all the nephew knew about his male counterparts in his familiar was that the nephew's estranged and biological fathers, brothers, and grandfathers of four generations were despicable womanizers.

Moved by this letter, the tourist entered Bienenkorb. As nightfall approached, numerous women appear in the area, but his excitement gets tamed when he sees the high school sweetheart that had first dumped him before college. Despite being tempted by these women, the tourist stays devout to the woman that first broke his heart as they dance into the night.

The piece used a format of 4AABBA8CCBDD, with the opening strain based on Reginol'd Gliere's Esquisse. Also, note that both A and B strains are respelled to its enharmonic scale when replayed only once. This decision was to represent the main character's struggles to searching for his place in the world.
